Concerns over company research and analysis remain unresolved in the investment industry following Monday's announced settlement between the government and the nation's top Wall Street firms. New York state Attorney General Eliot Spitzer has been one of most avid pursuers of investment-firm reform. NPR's Robert Siegel talks with Spitzer.
