The Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra commissioned composer and conductor Rob Kapilow to write a choral and orchestral piece commemorating the 200th anniversary of the Louisiana Purchase. Kapilow tells the story of the creation of the piece and the tour, accompanied by his music.
