The Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra commissioned composer and conductor Rob Kapilow to write a choral and orchestral piece commemorating the 200th anniversary of the Louisiana Purchase. Earlier this year, they spent a month and a half performing "03: This New, Immense, Unbounded World" throughout Louisiana. Kapilow tells the story of the creation of the piece and the tour, accompanied by his music.
