A congressional subcommittee discusses the future of Los Alamos National Laboratory. In the wake of recent scandals at the lab, Energy Secretary Spencer Abraham ordered the lab's manager — the University of California — to bid against other organizations for a contract to run the lab. NPR's David Kestenbaum reports.
