In a long-awaited ruling on the McCain-Feingold campaign finance reform measure, a divided panel of federal court judges rejects major provisions of the law. The Supreme Court is expected to review the decision. In the meantime, political fundraisers remain in limbo. NPR's Peter Overby reports.
