Dara Torres, a 40-year-old mom, won the 100-meter freestyle at the U.S. swimming nationals last week in Indianapolis. She hopes to qualify for her fifth Olympics in 2008.

She talks about swimming during her pregnancy, her training regimen and competing against women half her age.
