On paper, the University of Northern Iowa men's basketball team doesn't look like it should be in the Sweet 16 of the NCAA tournament. Coach Ben Jacobson has no stars, he doesn't have to worry that someone will be drafted by the NBA every two years, and he's still searching for talent. But the team toppled the overwhelming favorite in the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament when it beat Kansas.
