Democrat Bob Graham Launches Presidential Bid

Three-time Florida senator Bob Graham formally launches his 2004 presidential campaign, becoming the ninth Democrat to announce a run for the White House. In declaring his bid, Graham accuses President Bush of neglecting the war on terrorism to "settle old scores" in Iraq. NPR's Mara Liasson reports.
