The federal judge in charge of the case of Zacharias Moussaoui is scheduled to conduct a closed-door hearing this week to decide what classified information the accused terrorist may access in his defense. The hearing is the latest twist in the legal machinations that have characterized the case. Hear NPR's Nina Totenberg.
