FCC Chair Lays Out National Broadband Plan

In March, the Federal Communications Commission unveiled its plan to bring broadband, or high speed internet access, to every American. FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski explains the plan to bring access to rural areas, open up new bandwidth, and increase download speeds.
