The Federal Reserve Board meets Tuesday afternoon to decide on interest rates. Short-term rates have been stuck at 5.25 percent for more than a year now. With problems in the credit market, consumer spending slowing and the sub-prime loan meltdown, all eyes are on this meeting. Amy Scott of Marketplace talks with Alex Chadwick.
