Republican members of the Senate Finance Committee agree to reduce President Bush's tax-cut proposal to $350 million. The compromise worked out with committee Democrats preserves the president's proposed tax cut on stock dividends. Some Republicans fear the limited cuts will fail to give the economy a significant boost. NPR's David Welna reports.
