Host Melissa Block talks with Randy Alexander, the environmental excellence manager for the North Texas Tollway Authority about some red-tailed hawks who have taken up residence in a tree in the middle of a road construction project. The road crews cannot remove the tree until a bunch of hawk chicks leave their nest.
