Host Lynn Neary speaks with Dr. Stephen Cantrill who was involved in the first terrorism readiness simulation three years ago. Cantrill says "Topoff 1" was very helpful, and perhaps more indicative of the level of preparedness than "Topoff 2." The first exercise was an unannounced drill and took place in Denver, Colorado, and Portsmouth, N.H.
