Maryland Man Learns 911 Isn't A Taxi Service

Police in La Plata, Md., responded recently to a call for help from an alleged robbery victim. After questioning the man, the truth came out. His only emergency was that he needed a ride home. He was out of cell phone minutes and could only call 911. Charges are pending.
