The U.S. Supreme Court upholds a Maine law requiring drug companies to negotiate lower prescription-drug prices for the state's uninsured residents. The drug industry strongly opposes the law, which allows Maine to leverage its power as a bulk buyer of drugs for Medicaid. NPR's Nina Totenberg reports.
