Primary Voters: Out With The Old, In With The New

Republican and Democratic voters turned against the establishment in Tuesday's primaries. They chose a conservative "Tea Party" newcomer over a handpicked Republican favorite and dumped veteran Democratic Senator Arlen Specter ahead of November's midterm elections.
