Congress' Tax Snafu

NPR's David Welna reports on last minute items that representatives on Capitol Hill are hoping to finish up before the Memorial Day recess. The tax bill is on the top of that list. Also, Congress must raise the limit on the amount the U.S. Treasury can borrow, or the government may have to default on Social Security checks.
