Originally from Denton, Texas, Neon Indian was a major player in bringing the country's attention to the chillwave movement of 2009. Its debut, Psychic Chasms, relied heavily on wavering pitches and healthy amounts of guitar distortion, aided by electronic drum kits for a hazy but rhythmic feel. Neon Indian's performance at Bonnaroo featured album favorites like "Deadbeat Summer," along with new singles released this year.
