Bush to Sign $350-Billion Tax-Cut Plan

President Bush endorses a compromise version of his tax-cut plan, calling the $350-billion package "good for American workers, good for American families." House and Senate negotiators reached agreement on the 10-year package on Wednesday. Bush says he will sign the bill once it passes Congress. Hear NPR's Andrea Seabrook.
