Host Bob Edwards talks to reporter Jay Root of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, about allegations that Texas state police used Homeland Security funds to search for Democratic legislators who fled from Austin last week. They left Texas to keep a Republican redistricting plan from passing. Root reported Wednesday that the Texas Department of Public Safety also ordered the destruction of records relating to the allegations.
