Homelessness

Today, the National Law Center on Homelessness and Poverty releases its seventh report in a series of examinations of the criminalization of homelessness in the United States. The report takes a look at how several cities around the country approach legal issues and laws that target the poor and homeless. Tony Cox talks about the report findings with Maria Foscarinis, executive director of the National Law Center on Homelessness and Poverty, and Rob Hess, director of adult services for the City of Philadelphia.
