Senate Panel Critiques Postwar Plans for Iraq

Republicans and Democrats on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee criticize the Bush administration for a lack of stability in postwar Iraq. Lawmakers ask why police weren't sent in to head off looting and maintain order, and why the U.S. postwar team was reshuffled. NPR's Michele Kelemen reports.
