Congress Passes $350-Billion Tax-Cut Package

President Bush says he will quickly sign a $350-billion tax-cut package approved by Congress. The House passed the bill earlier, and the Senate narrowly closed the deal in a 51-to-50 vote Friday. The measure will deliver rebate checks to parents and larger paychecks to workers this summer. Hear NPR's Andrea Seabrook.
