Upcoming nationwide municipal elections in Spain are expected to test approval for Prime Minister Jose Maria Aznar. The elections fall one week after suicide attacks in Casablanca targeted a Spanish cultural center. Some say Aznar placed Spain in the sights of Islamic terrorists with his support for the U.S.-led war in Iraq. Jerome Socolovsky reports.
