Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon will host a meeting with Palestinian Prime Minister Mahmoud Abbas on Wednesday. The leaders are expected to discuss the U.S.-backed "road map" for Mideast peace, approved by the Israeli Cabinet on Sunday. The session could pave the way for a three-way summit including President Bush as early as next week. Hear NPR's Peter Kenyon.
