Robert talks with Jan Scruggs, founder and president of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund, about a proposal to build an underground visitors' center and educational center. Scruggs has been leading an effort to get the $10-million, 8,000 square-foot structure approved by Congress for the past three years. Robert also talks with various people visiting the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall and asks them what they think of the present structure and if a educational center would be an important addition. For more information about the Wall and the proposed www.vvmf.org.
