Iran Denies Sheltering of Al Qaeda Leaders

Iran says it has arrested several members of al Qaeda, but denies U.S. charges that it is harboring leaders of the terrorist organization. Iranian officials also reject White House accusations that the country is seeking to build nuclear weapons, but defend what they say is its right to develop a nuclear program for civilian energy needs.
