Recalls Widen Concerns About Chinese Products
Two new recalls of products made in China are widening concerns.
Mattel on Tuesday announced its second recall this month of toys made in China. This time, it's recalling 9 million toys, including die-cast cars and magnetic toys.
And a high-end toiletries company — Gilchrist & Soames — is recalling toothpaste that has been in luxury hotels in the U.S. and around the world after discovering that it contains dangerous chemicals.
