Financial expert Alvin Hall offers tips to newly-unemployed Americans, specifically those whose COBRA health care subsidy has ended. COBRA is a program that allows workers and their families who are about to lose benefits to keep them. Host Michel Martin also speaks with Chuck Lacasse, of De Pere, Wisc., whose family was laid off on June 4th.
