New Tax Break for Biggest SUVs

Small business owners looking to buy a big truck or a luxury sport-utility vehicle will get a huge tax break under legislation signed by President Bush. A clause allows a tax break for purchase of vehicles weighing at least three tons. Environmental groups say many of the vehicles in question get very poor mileage and the government shouldn't be providing incentives to buy gas guzzlers. NPR's Kathleen Schalch reports.
