Iraqi Resistance May Force Larger U.S. Effort

Thirty-one U.S. soldiers have died in the past month in combat and accidents in Iraq — nine in the past week. Analysts say ongoing security challenges may force the Pentagon to keep a larger number of U.S. troops in Iraq, and for longer than originally anticipated. NPR's Eric Westervelt reports.
