Police Misconduct

A police commissioner who oversaw the Emergency Service Unit in New York has been reassigned after several heavily-armed officers used a concussion grenade in a mistaken raid that left 57-year-old Alberta Spruill dead. Reporter Allison Keyes tells us how the recent death has sparked renewed calls for changes in police precedures.
