The United States reportedly will label the Iranian Revolutionary Guard a foreign terrorist organization.

Philip Zelikow, who was until recently a counselor of the State Department, talks about the significance of the reports.

Zelikow, who also was executive director of the 9/11 Commission and currently is a professor of history at the University of Virginia, talks with Robert Siegel.
