People in Connecticut will be watching closely when the Federal Communications Commission rules tomorrow on lifting regulations on media ownership. Connecticut's media landscape in recent years has been increasingly dominated by a single out-of-state media giant, and critics say that if the FCC lifts restrictions, as expected, the Tribune Company's position will be further strengthened. NPR's Jim Zarroli reports from Hartford.
