There's a weathered barn on the tip of Cape Cod that holds an important place in the history of American art. The barn is home to a century-old school where Norman Rockwell and other iconic painters honed their talents.

Now, the Hawthorne School of Art is up for sale. Sitting on some of the last open land in Provincetown, Mass., it is likely to be cut up for housing.

Sean Corcoran reports from member station WCAI.
