U.S., Japan Vow to Target N. Korea Drug Trafficking

Police in South Korea find a cache of methamphetamine aboard a ship they believe may have originated from North Korea. For decades, North Korea has been accused of trafficking illegal narcotics to prop up its economy and fund its weapons programs. Hear NPR's Eric Weiner.
