Appeals Court to Rule on Ten Commandments in Court

NPR's Debbie Elliott reports on a federal appeals court hearing in Montgomery, Ala., on whether the state's Judicial Building can continue to display the Ten Commandments. Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore ordered installation of the large, granite copy of Bible verses, but a federal judge has ruled it unconstitutional.
