In the final stop on his European and Mideast tour, President Bush arrives in Qatar to thank U.S. troops for their efforts in the war in Iraq, saying they accomplished their mission to "remove a grave threat and liberate an oppressed people." Bush also meets with Gen. Tommy Franks and civilian administrator L. Paul Bremer to discuss the progress of Iraqi reconstruction. Hear NPR's Don Gonyea.
