Loss of Foreign Students Jars U.S. Universities

Stricter visa regulations are making it harder for foreign students to study at American universities. University officials say the loss of these students -- many of whom are enrolled in graduate science and engineering programs -- may leave schools without enough researchers, lab workers and instructors. NPR's Joanne Silberner reports.
