Chicago's Poles at the Polls

Tony Sarabia reports from Chicago that the windy city's Polish population—the largest outside of Warsaw—could help decide whether Poland joins the European Union. Polish residents with dual citizenship are eligible to vote on the EU question, and thousands are planning to do so.
