Senate Readies for Prescription Drug Debate

The Senate prepares to debate adding a prescription-drug benefit to the Medicare program. Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist (R-TN) vows to see a bill passed by July. About $400 billion is earmarked for the deal, but many details must be resolved. NPR's Julie Rovner reports.
