INSKEEP: The makers of the breakfast food opened a store and restaurant in Times Square. The New York Times did an in-depth investigation. The menu includes the Fluffer Butter: marshmallow spread between two Pop-Tarts pastries. And then there's Pop-Tarts sushi, in which they are minced and wrapped in a Fruit Roll-Up.
