Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan tells a House panel Americans can expect high natural gas prices through the summer and into the winter months. Greenspan blames conflicting U.S. policies on natural gas, and says the trend could have an adverse effect on the overall economy. NPR's Scott Horsley reports.
