Peruvian Rebels Free Hostages

Authorities in Peru free 71 pipeline workers kidnapped June 9 by members of the Shining Path rebel network. Many Peruvians fear the kidnapping signals the resurgence of political terrorism. Shining Path was believed to have been wiped out in the mid-1990s. Hear NPR's Martin Kaste.
