Watchdog Blasts Bush's National Parks Policy

The National Parks Conservation Association gives the Bush administration a failing grade for its funding and stewardship of America's national parks. The association says the White House has overseen a dilution of the Clean Air Act and is pushing to privatize large numbers of jobs in an already understaffed National Park Service.
