Bob entertained generations as half of the legendary comedy team of Bob and Ray. Many of today's comics and television comedy programs find their roots of influence in the innovative works of Bob and Ray. His son Chris is an actor, director, producer and writer. He has appeared in such films as There's Something About Mary, Cabin Boy, Kingpin. Together, Bob and Chris Elliott wrote a memoir, Daddy's Boy: A Son's Shocking Account of Life with a Famous Father.
