In NPR's continuing series on Americans living abroad, NPR's Emily Harris reports on an American expatriate living in Germany. More than 50 years ago, Viktor Grossman was a soldier based in West Germany who decided to find refuge in East Germany after he was found to have communist sympathies. He is still there today.
