Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich signs a bill that will create a prescription drug-buying club for senior citizens. Supporters say the legislation will force drug companies to offer lower prices to club members, who would have more clout as a group than as individuals. Hear Tony Sarabia of Chicago Public Radio.
