June 17, 2003 - Vocalist Lizz Wright is creating a buzz in the jazz community. Critics have remarked that the young jazz artist has a "penchant for leisurely tempos, soulful interpretations and gloriously resonant low notes."

For NPR's The Tavis Smiley Show, NPR producer Roy Hurst speaks with Wright about her music and her love of jazz.
