Authorities in Guatemala capture and deport to Houston the suspected leader of the immigrant smuggling operation that ended in the deaths of 19 people who suffocated in a tractor-trailer. U.S. Attorney Michael Shelby says 25-year-old Karla Patricia Chavez led more than a dozen other cohorts in a ring that moved illegal immigrants through Mexico into Texas. NPR's Robert Siegel talks with Shelby about the arrests.
